Hello everyone, I’ve been into astral for awhile now but have never done it on purpose. It happened to me by itself like 3 times early in the morning. So the last time was today’s morning, I went in and out of body 4 or 5 times, can’t remember. I was fully aware of it but it was still hard to move around and remember the experience. The strange thing is I was moving in my bed not sleeping, then when I led on my back it happened instantly. I felt sleep paralysis, then I heard a sound like a reactive engine was near my head and many voices or something like that overlapping it and flew out through the ceiling in a matter of 5 seconds, then woke up, moved a bit and it happened again like 3/4 times. This happens to me every time I project, I can lye for hours with an intention to project and nothing happens but sometimes it just gets me like that. I would like to hear your opinion on this, did anyone have alike experiences? Any advise is favorable. Thank you, peace.
