Yes I do and I have. And one of these days I plan to experiment with more natural means of medication.

I talked to a girl online once that said she had a period for 3 months straight after taking the depo-provera shot! I tried a couple of pills before to get my period back to normal and I suffered nearly a month of heavy bleeding.

How terrible, about 4 or 5 years ago I had a cycle that lasted just over 2 weeks, at the end it wasn’t heavy or anything but still concerned me and was annoying. I went to the doctor and he said it was just hiccup in my cycle, and it ceased about 3 days after that doctor visit. I can not imagine having one last 3 months. I've never been on any BC pills. I would have to really research them if I did ever go on them.

Cramps are a Magnesium deficiency. We don't get enough Mg in our diets and most of the supplement are hard to absorb. I like Magnesium Chloride. If you can't find that, try chelated magnesium. I've also heard people having good luck with magnesium orotate.
