How to close third eye
Hi
I am poor in english
i am seein some figures hs talken with healer he says its your third eye when i start to see this figurs feeing cratzy can any one help me close this please thanks if you have any question feel free to ask

Hi when you have problems with seeing spirit.you need learn how to open up and close down,the easiest way is to visualise a door on your third eye.when you want to communicate with spirit you open the door,
when you don't you just close the door.

First of all, try to relax. :)
If your 3rd eye is open there is a reason for it !
I think that with more time you'll get used to it ;)
