Hello Sparrow, as always I appreciate your presence and wonderful insights.

"In regard to your sensitivity, do you perhaps feel your values of self-worth are not where they needs to be? Are you leaving yourself open to others?"

Yes, perhaps my self-worth has diminished a bit in the last few weeks and others have taken advantage of that. After some contemplation I think the under lying issue is that after many months of seemingly good 'progress' I had recently slipped, possibly triggered by a tough cycle of hard situations or circumstances - or simply my perception of the events/situations.

As result I slipped into a period of self review. Not sure exactly what to call it though but I guess that's a good description. While in that state I discovered things about myself that made me uncomfortable. It's not that these things didn't previously exist. It's simply that I wasn't aware of them. Things I thought or perceptions I had about myself and others, some of which may have manifested in actions or deeds that I now regret. I thought this 'fallen' state was only a few days but now realize it's been underlying and still re-surfacing.

I guess it's just hard at times to view everything as a process 'in progress' rather than and end result, and it's also difficult to manage the minds conditioned responses to spontaneous challenging circumstances.

Thank you for the information about doorkeepers. So if I hear voices that I usually associate with inner guidance or spirit guides I should not accidently assume it could be the door keeper? Actually I am at me best when doing creative things and it feels as if spirit flows through me (as the body/mind aspect) better than any other time but that is the lightness I speak of, that has been missing - that lightness or weightlessness of body and mind, with little to no resistance or effort. Things just flow naturally and harmoniously without effort. Perhaps going up and down in this respect is part of the process. I guess I just didn't realize the ups and down in this kind of work or development.

Also, thanks so much for laying out the characteristics of the various dimensions. Very insightful and helpful.

I have not yet learned how to access halls of learning, so I can only look forward to the possibility.

Unfortunately, I can't remember much about when I was a child. I even have trouble remembering details from a few years ago, almost as if I am a different person. Perhaps I am starting to get senile to some degree. However, I do have a pretty good imagination.

Do not be so hard on yourself.

Progress is not a straight line of events. It is a musical wave that encompasses both high frequencies and low; the light and the dark, it is a dance of balance and harmony of the rhythm of life. You must learn to accept the bad with the good, and the fall with the rise. As you develop your sensitivity to your own energy rhythm, and perceive the rhythms found within life, you can begin to dance your way through the orchestra of events. Let your joy for life be the music and your choices create the song. As you recognise the joyfulness within the rhythm of life, sing the song of your soul and the story of your spirit. Find the rhythm within your heart, find it within your mind, find it within all you survey.




Think yourself not as a child who aspires to develop into an ordinary adult of another’s expectation, but as an extraordinary adult who seeks to develop his inner child beyond the expectations of himself.

If you are unable to laugh with yourself along this journey, then you are taking yourself much too seriously. Personify your free will as a child in a candy store. Let life and all its possibilities for joy be your most delicious candy.

At times when you forget all things are but a process of Self-realization, at times when you appear to fall into stagnation and self-delusion, CHOOSE a different ROLE, and play out a different potential! It is a matter of switching one thought to another. So from the role of doubt and self-pity you have chosen within one moment, know this is merely one of many roles available for you to play as a divine child of the Earth. Simply choose another costume from your closet of abundant courage and character.

Spirit guide sparrow I love you. I feel the harmony all the time. I'll say with hearing the harmony with everything, especially music you are one hell of a good dancer. Not sure if you've gone over this in previous posts, but could you please talk about karma a bit more and how it manifests in this world?

If we are in an imperfect world where anything can happen, doesn't that sort of eliminate the concept of karma?

Also could you provide some examples maybe of how it's evinced in this world.
