The Way Through
The way through the forest, when you cannot see your way, is to take one step
and to trust that the next step will be seen.
The way through the forest, is to trust your heart, and know that its guidance
has always seen you through,
and its wisdom has always been called forth in the moment when it was needed,
and deemed necessary.
The way through the forest, is to look towards the light that has always been,
and that filters through the long green stalks of one's experience.
This light shines through the density of your thoughts, your fears, and foreboding
and offers to you the hope that the way is clear, and this comes to be seen, comes to be shown, through the faith of just stepping forward.
Through that faith, the path will be shown, and through that knowing, you will arise
and arrive at the periphery of even this experience,
and open to the summer fields of loving—that is the clearing that exists and is waiting for you
at that journey's end.
And then, at that point, you will look back at the forest
and wonder what all of the fuss was about.
In love and through love, you will always find your way through, everything.
God's peace and God's blessings are here, are always with you, and so be at peace.

Thanks Sean,
For your comment, and most especially for sending the poem back to me, through the quote. I needed to read that today.
Spirit has a hand in all things and moved through you today.
love and blessings

for me it is more about the journey and less about the destination......probably because in my heart I know I will get there and all I need is a little faith.

Very nice ... Reminds me of Psalm 23, perhaps even more beautiful. Thanks!
