Bach flower remedies.
Hi,
I am interested in taking some flower remedies soon and would ideally like to take 3 or 4 at the same time.I am slightly confused by the directions given when taking several essences. Is it ok to just mix up your 4 in a glass like you would with one or do you definitely have to take less drops when combining?
Thanks.

You can do it either way... 3-4 drops from each bottle or get an empty bottle with dropper and pour all the remedies in and label bottle. Then dose from that bottle (don't forget to shake the bottle to mix 'em).

Don't forget Rescue Remedy, a premixed "cocktail" remedy for a variety of problems.
Mixing your own - I seem to recall "percussive" mixing - not shaking but shocking the mixture by holding the bottle in your fist and rapping your fist sharply on solid object. Can't remember the rationale.
