Buttermilk, put it in a shot glass and take 2 or 3.
Coconut milk can be mixed with lots of different things, but is pretty ok to drink by itself.
Those are the things that helped me the most.

These can add up quite quickly. Using coupons, buy 1 get 1 free and a good on-line source like Swanson Vitamins will save 50-70%. Yet you should not let money stand in the way of your daughters health.
Add to this a Superfood diet along with some exercise program or just walking in nature and she will be well on her way to health.
You will learn a great deal by helping her.
The goldenseal will kill off the bacteria which cause the ulcer. The slippery elm will coat the wound and heal it.
The rhodiola Root, St. Johns Wort, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, Skullcap, Fish Oil, B-Complex, Calcium, and minerals will hjelp stabilize the body functions and improve the mood naturally(this will take a few weeks).
The pain of relationships is something she will have to work on. Some study from works of Carl Jung, Manly P Hall, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, or the like will help her learn to transform these dark feelings into gold!
Be patient....
Be kind....
Be supportive....
then
Give her all the "Space" she needs and "Allow" her to make her own decisions.

These are good suggestions, but should not be used all together, as some combos could be dangerous. I do not think it's safe to take Sam-e, St. Johns Wort and Rhodiola together. And, Sam-e is great for certain types of depression, but can make anxiety worse as it raises adrenaline levels.
I think Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Passion Flower, and Valerian Root are all great things to try and also oat straw. I would start with Valerian Root and see how it effects her, it's a bit stronger than the others. Valerian Root makes most people tired, but not all. In some people it has the opposite effect and makes them feel energized.

You do have to be careful with St John's Wort it can interfere with other things but i'm not sure what they are, only under medical supervision would be my advice with that, in fact all herbal remedies, especially if you're taking meds already, have any medical condition, or are pregnant or trying to get pregnant, please be safe.

Hey Earthprowler,
saw your thread and wanted to see how you and your daughter are doing. How's she managing now? Has she been able to subdue her anxiety? How are you doing?

Lots of good replies and ideas. I do a lot of breath work to calm my anxiety. It helps, but takes a little discipline. The nice thing is you can start it right now and it doesn't cost anything while you research other possibilities. Just have her sit down, close her eyes, and focus on her inhalation and exhalation for about 5 minutes. Don't try to make the breath do anything, just pay attention to it.
