How to start practicing chi?

My mother uses Chi a lot, maybe because she meditates so much, I am not 100% sure. She can smash plates just rubbing a plate or a bowl, without pulling hardly, also I am trying to get her to crack glass without touching it.

How do you practice chi?

it is like seeing somethin you've never seen before, until you see it for yourself noone can describe what it really is for you. The pathway to seeing it is through breathing combined with movement. And then you cultivate it the same way.

The 'standard' path is to go find a taoist master and hope you can learn... but these days some people are able to find it on their own just by doing breathing exercises.
