Astro, I know you said you don't want advice, but this is more of an observation.
Jesus in ACIM and other 'channeled' entities teach that EGO is what is metaphorically thought of as the devil.
I've had problems like the one you're facing, and I did originally believe the attack was coming from 'spirits' other than myself. A few months after the attacks began, it became unmistakably clear to me that the attacks were coming from my own ego.
Ego isn't REAL. It has no power over us. It's like a fantasy we have, it's something we DO, not a real thing.
Consider dreams. The people in our dreams may SEEM to be real, but they only exist in our imagination. The same is true of ego. It's only an illusion.
The way I solved my problem was simply by ignoring ego. I just stopped paying attention to it. Remember, ego has no power over you - YOU control IT, not vice versa.

Likley a person who put an attachment containing instructions on you. Try to understand things about yourself that may need some work. It may be habits. Change up your habits anyhow. Any negative influences in your life try to improve. Change habit cues. Like changing the way you take a shower. You may find that this "entity" goes away .
