Can a deceased loved one enter your body?

I recently went back to my childhood home to visit family. Late at night, while walking from my brother's house to my sister's home next door, I was thinking about our mother, who passed away 3 years ago...and as I walked the short way back, I seemed to feel her inside my body, as if she had slipped into me like a hand slips into a glove. We had a short "conversation", more like passing a loving feeling back and forth between us... was this real?? Or could this just be wishful thinking?? Can someone please advise me about this experience?? Any insight would be helpful...Thanks for taking time to read this post. I'll be anxiously waiting for an answer.

I honestly don't know about whether they can "enter your body" as such, but a deep communing, emotionally and energetically with the spirit of a loved one feels as if it's inside you as well as outside you.
You can feel their emotions, their love, -even hear their thoughts and their words sometimes if you are open telepathically. It sort of 'washes' all through you. It's really beautiful, especially if they are in a place of peace in their Soul.

If you felt it was your mother, felt her energy, her character, her love, and it was like you knew her (except it could have been somewhat magnified) then it was her. If there was any doubt about her energy-pattern, (i.e. you weren't sure it was her or not) then it may not have been her.

The actual person cannot enter your body, but because we are all One in Consciousness, we are already within each other as One. Also the loved one if you were very close, is also part of your story as they were a part of yours, so in a sense, they live on in you as your life story.

Ghosts can and do entered bodies. Usually one has some level of (natural) protection up preventing casual invasion. When the ghost is of a family member it can enter more easily as one naturally allows family members to get 'closer'.
