Spirit within?
Idk what's happening to me... I feel my spirit coming back to me. The one I had about 10 and a half years ago. She is back saying hello to me. .
I am enjoying it, but I want to know why this is happening if anyone has experience with their soul/spirit.
What am I supposed to do?

Spirit is whole and complete as one source. Awakening to this through your perceived idea of it being a her and something separate, could well mean your opening up to something deeper that is part of you as your own spirit. Sometimes we think spirit leaves, but it doesn't really leave. Sometimes we learn how it feels to have things come into our life, leave and come back.
If your enjoying it, then just enjoy. Sometimes the feelings are all you need to be aware of. PLayfulness seems to be prominent in the view of spirit at this time. So enjoy it.

pick up where you left off. just my 2 cents
yeah i've had the experience. used to happen more often, like once a year. but it hasn't happened in a few years now. It's a rare experience in my opinion, it should be treasured. the old you came back for a reason, a good reason.
