Involuntary out-of-body experiences

I once had a "dream" where I was being pulled away from my body by something and was struggling to return. Although, now I'm not sure if it's a dream. Can someone have an out-of-body experience without meaning to? Can it be forced by a spirit?

Yes, it is rare but yes I feel it can happen. Too your kept safe by your Guides and by that Silver Cord that you have. There are times your pulled out in a dream a lucid dream that goes to that next level.

As a Medium it is not uncommon for a spirit to pull me to work with them or to help the at times understand that they have had a transition. At times it to view their death even and maybe look at what happened how it happened. This is not what most will experience.

Your spiritual bodies while different in many ways to a physical body are still bodies. And just like a physical body it can be moved from one location to another location, whether that be by your own volition or by someone or something else moving you. Our spiritual bodies are moved around without our knowledge on a regular basis, you just happened to be conscious while it was happening. Fortunately returning to "your body" isn't really viable since it doesn't work that way. Your physical body exists in the physical dimension, your spiritual bodies exist in the spiritual dimensions. There is no amount of space you can cover that will prevent your consciousness from returning to your physical body, as long as your physical body is still living. The only difference between being in the physical dimension and being in the spiritual dimensions is the location of your conscious mind, consciousness, or whatever you want to call it. That is the conduit that transitions from one body to another, in other words one body does enter or leave another body since they exist in completely different dimensions.

I have involuntary had obe since I was a child. I can decide when I want to do it but still to this day if often happens spontaneously. No idea why this has always been the norm for me? I guess I should feel lucky with so many desperate to experience it

no one can force a person for OBE, people meditate for years to get it , if you are experiencing it , just meditate a lot and be a Vegan
