noontime, or rather 12.30p.m. in the uk at the mo to be precise, is the time the heart meridian flows into the small intestine meridian. heart is 10.30a.m. to 12.30p.m. then small intestine is 12.30p.m. to 2.30p.m. - 2 hours each. hour later in summer due to daylight savings time. i know folk who wake up on the dot the same time in the middle of the night. acupuncturists are known to ask about high points and low points and correlate that with the 24 hour meridian clock in chinese medicine. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=me...1152&bih =541

Yes, Vecta, this might have something to do with as I'm aware of some blocks in the gut area. I don't understand why it causes the light sensitivity though, or how that ties in to this. But this does make sense.
