We are empowered to improve our lives. Everything we need to prosper and grow is within each of us. It's up to us to utilize our innate ability to control the direction of our lives.

You create your own reality. Whether you are consciously aware of it or not, your thoughts and feelings manifest into your physical world. Most of us are not aware of that fact, so our subconscious minds take control of our destiny. The subconscious mind, which maintains all processes not directly controlled by consciousness, contains all our fears, doubts, and worries. It's going to manifest the negative things that we don't want unless we take the helm.

If you do not like the way your life is going, simply change it. Change your feelings to positive ones. Think about what you want to do, then take action to make what you want happen. With thought and action, one can create the life they want to live.
