finding it hard to connect to my higher self?
I will try to explain as much as i can with the situation i am facing. It's like i can not connect to who I truly am. A few days ago i was a little confused regarding religion and which path to take and was not meditating either. Some days i feel so lazy or i'm just extremely tired and do not feel like doing anything. This journey started from my ocd because i just wanted to be a good person and so i discovered meditation and now following this i discovered, chakras, yoga etc.I used to feel so connected to this path but now since i've been questioning my religion, I feel disconnected .Last night i meditated and it honestly felt so amazing. I just fear that i will stop doing such things that have helped me. OCD is still an issue for me. I try to connect to my higher self as much as possible through connecting to nature and i do feel better. I just feel very agitated and annoyed im not sure why :( I just really want to be a good person and help others.

One of the most important components of meditation and spiritual path is relaxation.
Relaxing into 'what is' ... instead of trying to achieve anything or get anywhere.
If you don't forget to remind yourself to relax from time to time then you will certainly be fine!
Love! Damian

When there are two options and we need to choose one but don’t know which one, I’ve found that the path which expands our consciousness is optimal as contrasted with the option which narrows it.
The other way is to telepathically converse with our conscience or guide, who we may not always be able to connect with... practically that is
Hope this helps

All religions and paths are signposts. They point the way but they are not the way. And the way which suits one person may not suit someone else.
So if you are questioning your religion and which path to take, then just remember that you already are that which you seek. We can find inspiration from many outside sources, but the answers lie within.
Peace.
