Newbie advice please....

Hi,

I'm in job with many frustrations and few financial rewards.

I'm expanding my spiritual interests (If thats the right term) to include spiritual healing....... I have no idea if I have any natural abilities but I'm giving it a go.

I meditate using William Hewitts mediation techniques then imagine white light being collected by my hands and redirected towards my Mother (who has age related back problems).

This is had the two way benefit of taking my mind of work and its trials and also helping my folks ( I hope!) who are helping me financially.

Is there any advice out there for improving the technique. I don't get any sign at all that its working except a slight tingling in my hands .....which might mean anything or just a reaction to the slowing of the metabolism.

At a time of life when nothing seems to be working very well.....it would be most rewarding to develop some healing abilities.

Any pointers would be most welcome!

you are doing the good job with the healing it comes form the universal love just to get a reaction from family and friends about the healing and your hands tingling is your sign its working
may be try a reiki course it will take you to another level in healing
