Exactly. I can share so many amazing synchronicities and their meanings and the validations that come with them. They are a beautiful, meaningful mystery to me and yet when I drive by a squirrel dead in the road after being hit by a car, I can't help but notice a randomness as well.
I also believe we affect the randomness so maybe randomness is not such a good word.
The whole thing is a mystery and it's awesome. Rather then try and figure it out, as that never worked for me, I just slow down when I see squirrels by the side of the road and listen when the universe speaks in synchronicities to me.

Some squirrels are just crazy. They're either adrenalin junkies or have a death wish. I'll be driving down the road and a squirrel will chose to dart across the road just as I drive by it. I stop, but it's already across the road. Sometimes, a squirrel will try to dart across the road, under my car!! When we first moved here, I'd get really worked up about the near misses. Now I just mutter "stupid squirrel". I really do try to avoid them when they dart across the road, but I can't do anything about the ones who dart UNDER my car as I drive by!! I watch for squirrels near the road ready to break if it decides to dart across, but sometimes, they're hard to see, they blend in so well with the ground.
