lucid dream solution

I was looking on this website and it was talking about if you concentrate on your finger you will start to fell it tingle.well your dorsolateral prefrontal cortex the part that makes you lucid dream, can be activated by concentrating on it. It can be located on the left of your head. Go to sleep and wake up 5 hours later, thats when you interupt your rem sleep and all you do when you wake up is concentrate on thar part of you brain like you do with your finger. Doing this gave me my first lucid dream and it was long. look up the d.p.c to see where it is in your brain

I have attempted something similar. I woke up from dreaming once and noticed that similar tingling (energy stimulation) was going on in the back of my head, around the lower back of the skull. So quite often when I get insomnia, i actively stimulate that area and use that to get back to sleep.
I look forward to trying your technique on the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (once i google it and see exactly where it is LOL)

Hiya Rawn

I can't tell you how good it was to read this. I've had a similar sensation for a couple of years now - and not just when I wake up; it seems to be random for me - but to find that someone else describes it as I would is a bit of a relief.

Do you hear it with your inner ears?

I have constant inner ear noise ;)

I sometimes use that noise as a focus for meditation.....i see it as my own internal binaural beat ;)

Hiya Rawn

I love inner sounds!

The tingly one is really odd (I think). It's like a 'fizz' and it's exactly where you describe - at the back of skull towards the bottom. Actually, come to think of it, I sometimes get the same sensation in my legs. Normally when I'm relaxed. It feels like it's in my blood. That doesn't make a sound though - only the head one.

Cor blimey, reading this back, I sound nuts.

You think only most are nuts? Are you saying that there are a few sane people here? Show me them! Show me them!

I think anyone who actually registers is at the very least slightly bonkers....
