Dreams and the astral plane
I read that we go to the astral plane when we sleep, so when we remember what we dream is this just memories of being in the astral plane?

Yes this is true. We generally dream and project in the same body and same locations. So a good portion of our dreams will occur in what would be considered our "astral" body, and would be inside what is considered either the "RTZ" (Real Time-Zone) or the "astral" planes. |
