Awakening and chakras

Hello. As I keep awakening to my true self, I keep having a lot of different dreams. I wonder, will the outcome of a dream change as to which chakra you meditate on/is most active?

If I understand correctly, we have past lifes memories in our dna/chakras, is that correct? And so, I ask the question above. Thank you :)

who sets the rules?
the persons in power set the rules.
become empowered, and set the rules for yourself.
there is a rule: "seek and you shall find".
the implication seems to be that wherever you look
you will succeed in finding what you look for.

any change is a complete change, so the outcome will be different if the
input is different. that seems logical to me.

perhaps each chakra can act as a gateway for specific memory recall for you.
