Is New Age Satanic?

Hi

I watched this video and i see a lot of New age and other traditions things in this video about Satanic worship.

This video might upset some viewers.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_bWlF8k8ZkA

I have a few questions for advanced Christians that believe Christianity is more than what the Bible preaches and is more spiritual. Other Christians are also welcome to share your opinion of course.

1. In the video this satanic goat figure has the star/pentagram sign on the head/third eye. They also talk about that it is the eye of Horus/all seeing eye/third eye. So ***F??? as i think i have my third eye open. DO I HAVE THE SIGN OF THE BEAST ON MY FOREHEAD???? Is it satanic to have your third eye open?

2.This goat figure has the symbol of the kundalini energy in it's stomach, like if you have to raise/awaken the kundalini energy up for satan. What is that about as my kundalini energy is awake?

3. I believe that God is not male or female and we as spirit has a male and female side. In the vid he talks about the goat is male and female by the breasts it has and so on. Any thoughts?

4.The goat figure is pointing up and down. They also say it mean as above so below. Are they talking about oneness? Is oneness satanic?

5. He is sitting in a meditation posture so meditation might be satanic?

I am stunned watching this video by the similarity to the kundalini, chakra's and other spiritual stuff!!!

I believe God and Christianity is bigger and is misunderstood but i don't want to worship satan, even if it is without my knowing.

Hope to hear what you think.
Thank you

Would you really like to know what I think? It is pretty much "out there" and not really suitable for posting in a forum about Christianity...but I am game.

A long time ago, in the area of Harappa, Bactria and the Indus Valley (now modern day Pakistan), local tribal deities were worshiped and there was no concept of "Satan" or of their beliefs being "Satanic"...they were mostly animists and Shamans who kept to themselves, lived in harmony with nature...no human sacrifices..etc.

The main Deity of worship was Pashupati..Lord of the Beasts (animals), which also included human beings because we are all animals anyway..and primal passions and urges were celebrated as an individual's "rite of passage".

https://goo.gl/images/f9UR9d

This was the original "beast image" and the followers were one of the original tribes of Enki who came out of Persia originally.

Since time immemorial, Enki was seen as the "bad/evil dude" by the followers of Enlil (the Father of the Abrahamic Tenets) as Enki taught the "Left Hand Path" of Gnostic hermeticism, which undermined Enlil's whole philosophy and angered the adherents of it...and so, an attempt was made to totally demonise Enki and persecute his followers to all ends of the Earth..."Christianising" Pagan ceremonies like Oester and Yuletide in the process.

So, as to whether the "New Age" is Satanic, one could readily and rightfully say, isn't anything and everything that is NOT Christian, "Satanic"? Why just limit it to the New Age movement? Because, as you well know, fear is the BEST method of indoctrination, conformity and control!... get a person to honestly believe that whatever they are doing is "wrong" and play on their human sense of guilt, remorse and shame and you can basically get them eating out of your hand.

As such, the New Age IS Satanic...but ONLY if you are a fundamental, orthodox Christian. It is exactly the same argument as "will an Atheist go to Hell?" according to a Christian, most definitely! However, since the Atheist doesn't believe in Hell or Heaven, a Christian dogmatic concept holds absolutely no meaning or significance whatsoever.

I just decided to forgo any and all insult to my intelligence and watch that video.

Do you know what pareidolia is?

It is ascribing meaning to rather innocent and innocuous visual perceptions to fit in with an already established belief system and cognitive biases to promote or further an agenda.

We shall take the "okay" hand symbol, as continually portrayed in that video.

When it was initially explained to me that this was "666", I could not see it. I may have seen ONE "6" with two other fingers pointing upwards, but that was about IT!

To make that whole leap for an innocent gesture to represent the "mark of Satan" was just too far out of left field and had me thinking that Christian people were only seeing whatever they WANTED to see and reading too much into it to fit their whole "Satanic conspiracy theory" hype.

There is no doubt that certain things ARE "Satanic" and I define "Satanic" as being anything that turns one's heart away from God (no matter WHAT God you believe in, as it is all the same in the end). This includes greed, selfishness, insult and injury, lack of compassion, materialism, being judgmental, not being virtuous..The list goes on and there are no "symbols" representing any of that...The whole video was all about catching red herrings and pulling hen's teeth.

As an interesting side note, the "Star of David" is called the Shatkona in Hinduism and is an integral part of Sacred Geometry. It basically means "as above, so below" and represents the union of the masculine and feminine energies within the spiritual body...It represents the heart chakra and where Kundalini (Shakti/feminine) comes to rest, after it has merged with Shiva (Shakta/masculine) energies in the Divine embrace of Self Realisation. The two interlocking triangles represent the eternal balance of Yin and Yang... something that Judaism has appeared to have forgotten ALL about in the past 2000 years.

I still could only watch half of that video...I had to turn it off eventually, because my only thought was "you have GOT to be kidding me" over...and over...and over.

Some people will be sold on it and "good luck to them" is all I can say.

I don't think poor maligned Satan could be any worse than the Biblical god.

People make all sorts of beliefs around the Word of God only to have with what to deny His Word.

So, did God actually put a pen in His holy hand and write the Bible Himself? or was it written by monks during the 14th century...then translated by other monks...then had many bits chopped, changed and left out of the final version to be presented to the masses...before being rewritten, edited and re-translated again in the 17th century...There seems to be a heck of a lot of human involvement in something purported to be the "Word of God" isn't it? or does God simply keep changing His mind on a regular basis to comply with socio religious control structures of the times?

Either fortunately or unfortunately I am a realist. I will give you an example of what I am talking about in my post above.

In the ancient Judaic languages, the word for "virgin" was exactly the same as for "unmarried woman" as it was generally assumed..and was also a social code of conduct, that a woman was totally forbidden to have sexual intercourse until AFTER she was married...this basically continued until recent history.

Now, when they say that Mother Mary was a "virgin" it simply means that she was unwed at the time of Jesus's conception.....So much for it being "immaculate" eh?....but Christians took the literal meaning of the word "virgin" according to THEIR language, culture and society and went with the "miraculous" instead of going for the truth...i.e. the "Word of God" is totally different according to what language one speaks, because certain words in Arameic and Hebrew have NO equivalents in other languages, so it becomes "Close enough is good enough".
