Just had the most profound reading for a long time
So I got back into tarot after packing up (and nearly throwing out) my cards, when a long lost friend came back into my life and brought all my energy back to where it feels it belongs... Everything went back to 'normal', if you call this normal!
Made me see the answers of the tarot in a whole new way.
I cant shake this friend off, I have wanted to, but I cant, but when they are in my life my life is very different, my energy is right, now Ive learnt how to handle it between us, so I got to asking why is it that she keeps returning to my life just when I need it most, far from being a fragile friendship it now feels indestructable, like it transcends everything.
Got the Two of Pentacles and the Two of Swords, which confused me at first, doesnt seem like much of a reading.
Then after reading a bit it dawned on me, the Twos speak of dualities, no shade without light, no right without wrong, no cold without hot and no love without hate - two things that are seemingly opposite, yet defined by the characteristics of the other. Each one needing the other to define itself - I hope Im making sense.
The Pentacles (Earth sign - me) and the Sword (Air sign - her) seemed to be confirming the answer to the question. There is a duality in our relationship which each of us need, and cant escape (Ive tried...)
Anyone think I have it right?? It blew me away once I felt I understood it.

2s are about partnership and balance, which can also be within of course, needn't be with another person.
Maybe you were so busy juggling all kinds of things in life, unable to focus and closed off from what you really want and feel.
Sounds like when you are in touch with her, you do feel that balance. She offers you balance and structure, which you should really be able to find within.
