a person can do all they want...
sit for 3 days fasting doing the Nectra/Khechari technique, unmoving...but it will do
no good..it will only happen when Grace decides to have it descend.

Yes, I believe it is an actual thing too.

I also studied the Hatha Yoga Pridipika and the Yoga Aphorisms of Patanjali and I was a bit surprised you thought I wouldn't know it...after being a Sir John Woodroffe fan and all and basically performing all the other kriyas...dhauti, nauli, sutra and jala neti...I was also a qualified yoga teacher for many years...going back many years ago now. I just thought I would revisit and re-express that side of me.

Kechari Mudra was part of the program for 'advanced practitioners' but I couldn't see myself doing that...swallowing muslin cloth and sticking catheters up my nose and out my mouth whilst I drank litres of warm, salty lime water and walking around in 'crow pose' was enough for me...

Now I am thinking people have been underestimating me all along. lol
