Not one usually to resurrect an older thread, but I've been having full body heat (usually later in the evening, 8PM on out) and been waking up to my whole body being so hot! But not sweaty. And I have hypothyroidism so I am usually freezing all the time and have cold skin. So this is enough to make me take notice.
Last night though I woke up to feel two distinct hot spots. One on my hip/thigh and one on my chest near my armpit/shoulder. It felt like intense body heat but just in those two places. The only way I can describe it is if you leave your laptop running on you and it gets really hot?

I've noticed this happening with me too in the past. The heat varies.

I have since studied in Meridian Energetics and found out that it is quite "normal" during a heart awakening and kundalini activation - I still get flashes of it, the intense heat is the kundalini burning off and clearing out - its a great thing!
My BF is constantly saying I radiate heat like no one he's known before lol
