Today's Meditation

I think I meditated for about 30 minutes.
I feel like I made major progress.

For the first time ever, my legs did not fall asleep so I didn't have a lot of buzzing/tingling in my lower body.

But I had a hard time swallowing cause it felt like whenever I moved my neck or something like someone was punching it lightly (probably a bad description but I don't know how else to describe it.

Afterwards when I opened my eyes, I felt fairly dizzy and lightheaded. I wonder if I pulled too much energy or if it was because I haven't had anything to eat yet.

Besides all that, I think I went in a little deeper cause I wasn't focused on the sensations (or lackthereof) this time.

You might hear a ringing noise, that’s the primal sound from which everything was created. Listen to it, relax and let the meditation take you.

Good you went deeper, keep going. Try at 12:30am, it’s a really powerful time to do it.

That's great - yes doing so in the early mornings is best as the collective consciousness is quieter.
