what do you do to clean ,balance your root chakra ? how do you protect your root chakra ?

I heard staying in close contact with nature and walking barefoot helps you being more grounded, also focus on the color red

Root Chakra you can balance it by sitting and taking deep breathes visualizing red around your root chakra and having it blend into the mother earth and vibrating its energy into your root chakra, visualizing your root chakra as physical roots from your body into the ground is also a great visual.

Wearing red, having red around you (flowers, decor, jewlrey etc) and black stones, like black tourmaline, black onxy etc... :)

I also pray, speak to Spirit and will use an affirmation such as

"Thank you Mother earth and thank you Spirit for helping my energy bodys Root Chakra, Balance, charge and have renewed energy"
