thank you for sharing this knowledge with us. I presently am in a Kundalini yoga class and LOVE it! I just feel so grounded and emotional when I leave it as it is also followed by a meditation as well...How has Kundalini impacted you and your life?

Guthee: I am starting to think mine is waking up, but it doesn't hurt or bother me thankfully.

Just cold and hot randomly (sometimes at the same time),
super tingly & twitchy
been very sensitive to the earths vibration these past few days,
everyones energy is..LOUD! so loud...I swear I can feel everyone! Most peoples energy is so cluttered too...
head and spine kinda sore....
when my eyes close it gets more intense but doesn't bother me, although I did have problems sleeping the other night, kept seeing flashing lights and hearing loud banging/pops from outside, that was all odd last night...I don't know what was up!
really thirsty again too, last time that happened to this degree was when I was healed by a shaman
I feel like I am being watched and followed too, by nothing bad
so much energy, been cleaning, organization-y, I want to do a yard sale and declutter but its snowy and winter so no one will buy my **** lol
ears super buzzy again too
seeing lights everywhere

life is fun, isn't it?
I can feel the heartbeat of the earth, warm and alive!
I can feel the vastness of space as well, its nice... :)
I don't know how to describe the space, it blows my mind

It's good when people let us know not everyone's kundalini awakening is somewhere between difficult and horrible but even some parts are quite enjoyable. Thank you, Guthee.

Does anyone have experience of Kundalini that is stirring/rising etc. causing a propensity to illness? My energy swings up and down anyway, from weak and washed out to the opposite and I pick up viruses one after the other.... my work absence record is looking pretty bad! Of course it could be other things causing this but have often wondered....

My experience hasn't been unpleasant in the slightest either. I experienced a small amount of stinging in my crown when it first started, but nothing to complain about. The main problem I had was severe ear ache as my ears started to attune to higher vibrations and frequencies but this was relatively short lived. It has now been a month and I haven't had major ear ache in about two weeks so it was very much a temporary issue. I certainly haven't experienced the frightening effects and pain that others I've read about seem to.

Here are my main symptoms to date:

Tingling sensations in crown
Energy flowing through body
Feelings of cold through body and head
Feeling of heat and stinging on spine and head
Muscle jerks and spasms, nothing painful
Spiritual visions
Buzzing, ringing, whistling, bells, music, white noise and eventually muffled voices in my ears
Buzzing around my head and forehead
Seeing vivid colours when I close my eyes
Seeing dark shapes when I close my eyes

My main ones are the visions, colours and noises in my ears. The whole experience has been wonderful for me

YAY! Glad it's not as tramatic as people make it out to me for you as well

I have been having monster headaches lately and buzzing in my ears more then normal. Those headaches include the front of my head, but thankfully so far that's the worst of it.

OH and super, super, VERY oh so very HYPER!

Yes indeed. When there is fear, resistance, struggle and worry about what we are experiencing it becomes difficult... not only with kundalini awakening but anything.

Accepting and allowing it all is the key.

Just wondered...has anyone else noticed a massive general increase in Kundalini energy according to their emotional state?

By energy I mean increased buzzing around head and ears, tingling crown, cold feelings and constant visions and coloured lights.
