Any dreams about friends?

Hiya Spiritual Forums,
I am asking if there's a meaning to friends popping up in dreams.

One moved away a while ago. In my dream he was in town. I shook his hand, and his hand felt big. It kinda felt like a reunion. It also felt really dreamy.

Another one was recent with one who's still in town. I walked down the street, saw her, and kinda gave a high-five, and that was it.

Are these encounters just thoughts of our own or could it be more than that? I'm thinking the first option, but I'm really curious about what this means.

can "others" visit during a dream?
i imagine that from the perspective of 'prime creator', there are no independent
"others" which exist... all things, both real and imagined, are expressions of
source energy... all is one.
if we are to consider the dream world as the 'realm of imagination', it may be
that that is the only way we might successfully interact with "others", since
in the 'stark reality' of unity consciousness, we are a single entity.

i think it's important to draw attention to the fact that your dreams had
seen you meeting with friends, and in each case there was contact made
between you through the hands. the hands are 'tools of manipulation',
and with them we can alter the settings of our surroundings to suit our
desires. it could be that your dreams had hinted at you and those friendly
energies as changing the circumstances of your being, so as to enable
experiencing contact with "others" in a mutually beneficial manner; your
'point of contact' had been made through your 'tools of manipulation'.
