When I foresee .. and I cannot turn this off or on at will .. it's always as if I'm looking into a foggy mirror with strong impressions coming into my thoughts. It's hard to talk when in this state. My words can't keep up with my mind. I stumble over my sentences and move so deep inside my head I actually can't see what's directly in front of me.
I almost always have a prickling headache afterwards. How can I explain. Like little buzzy bursts of almost pain. It's discomforting but not painful.
