what happens when you surrender to the NOW

The human brain only thinks in terms of past and future. People create negative emotions and stress by worrying about the future. It is not nessicary. All of that thinking of the future is happening in the now. Past and future don't exist. Alll what there is is the now. When you are fully present in the now all negativity virtually disappears. You don't think because you are present. It is called no-mind. have you ever noticed when your not thinking about anything is when you feel best? When your not thinking, that is when all the positive emotions coming from your "Being" come to light. You feel peace, and within that peace is joy, and within that joy is love. Beyond that there is a being so unmeasurable it cannot be named. When you meditate. Meditate on "feeling" THIS INNER JOYFUL, PEACEFUL, BLISSFUL energy field that is within us all. Nothing in the material world needs to make you happy. Joy, peace and bliss come from within. I have been practicing spirituality for a long time and I feel like I am pretty close to mastery. I think in terms of my body. All emotions are a physical response to what your mind is thinking. Spirituality is all about being as your unmanifested self. I way to expand your consciousnes, figure out your flaws, be present, and feel peaceful, is by observing your thoughts, emotions, thought patterns. Just obersving, not being them. You will tap into your unconscious mind doing so. It is so peaceful. You'll be suprised at the knowledge you have beyond your normal thinking. When I meditate, I'm past all of those techniques that post people are taught. It's all about feeling. Feel while you meditate. Feel the essance of your being. Don't be suprised if you lose focus. That is your mind trying to bring you back in time. After you get in touch with your inner energy field(peace, joy, bliss) You can go back to it anytime. Without meditiation. You can feel it in your everyday life. All Spiritual Masters will say always keep some of your attention in your body doing your everyday activities. Your body will lead you to truth. Trust your body fully. IT will guide you. Focusing your attention inside your body brings you present in the now. Now the question is how bad do you want to feel these wonderful feelings. How bad do you want it? If you would like to learn more. I suggest you read the book, "The Power of Now" Then the sequel. "How to Practice the Power of Now."
