Byron Katie - 'Loving what Is'

Do any of you know her work? She wrote 'Loving what Is' and 'A Thousand Names for Joy'.

A Thousand Names for Joy I've read 5 or 6 times ..it's like absolute poetry! Goosebumps every time I read it, I really resonate with her thinking.

She bases it very loosely on the 'Tao' ..

A line from the book ..this is just brilliant!

'The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues with what is. When the mind is perfectly clear, what is is what we want'
