what Yoga has done for me is amazing. When I feel stressed and just want to give up, I do yoga and feel ten times better. I actually did a class presentation at the university that I attend about yoga and I really stressed that it's not just the physical but the emotional and spiritual aspects that make yoga so great. Everybody really seemed to enjoy my presentation. So not only am I a sane Yogi, but one with a big fat A!!

YES!! I just got home from my weekly class. Ahhhh...
In my class, it's very spiritual too, and we can set an intent. I always choose a growth oriented one, and eventually it will help me re-pattern so much of my negative thinking. Add this to the physical health benefits too! |

I just LLLLLLOOOOOVVVVEEEE the title of your thread.
A friend of mine was showing me some gentle yoga exercises just a couple of weeks ago (all new to me).
Having a physical disability, I thought yoga wouldn't be for me...but the breathing/gentle movements were very relaxing and energetic at the same time.
Great stuff!
