Yoga for children
Hi
Does anyone have any tips please? Children on 4-7 yrs, we have already done some basics with them and they were amazing :) The class room has a very different energy on a Thursday afternoon :) Something we have noticed is that we needed too do a grounding exercise with them afterwards.

Yoga is good for children as well. It provide a strong base for growth and improvements. At this age, child are sensitive and easy adjust his body according to desire. Children have more burden because they have to do study and after that join yoga classes. If child learn yoga trick then he will be master in yoga. If child feel weakness afternoon eat him healthy foods and vitamins by fruits and vegetables.
