hello all! I'm looking for study material.

Im wanting to learn more about astral travel..
Vibrations, and ways to avoid sleep paralysis

I can astral... usually when I need to help someone or if I've been sleepless for a while if I'm exhausted my body most times does that or has. Lucid dream sometimes I cnt tell the difference between the two..

I have no need to astral on purpose (yet) so I haven't tried
But when I do I want to know enough to be able to hndle it when it happens.

When you finally get out of your body everything glows.
You think about going somewhere, there is this energy that will grab you from your back and you`ll be floating up that`s a sign of you going there so don't get scared.
Sleep paralysis is the best to astral project from one of your chakras or simply get up/walk up and out of your body that's an out of body experience,
so I don't get why you would want to avoid it.
I get sleep paralysis after waking up and going back to bed after 5/6/7 hours of sleep, when im sleeping on my back, and sometimes it happens after a while of not moving on my back and turning on my left or right side.
