Hello Adrienne(:
I am the kind of foodie who loves not just healthy good tasting food...they also must make me feel good. Where I work, I don't get opportunity for snacking, or long lunch...so whatever I eat the food must 'do it' for me.
It (for me) has to be routine or I FEEL IT. And recently I got off track...(skipping some meals/snacks etc). Anyway, I'm back and glad(:
I start my morning with lemon water. It's an amazing healthy beginning. Yes, I know we are all unique...and may not be the choice for everyone...though I start there.
A bit later, especially if I'm running short on time...I will make a protein drink, with almond milk, often a banana and frozen fruit[love frozen strawberries]. It works. I also make sure I begin thinking about the times I'm able to eat, and make sure I meal plan with healthy foods. When I think how important it is to feel well/be well...this becomes a treat to simply prepare things.
Best to you with whatever your food choices are

Any suggestions for healthy energy foods or drinks that you like or have tried, and that actually energize a person ?
