Seeing bright white light
I read that one way to astral project is to lie down with your eyes closed, get relaxed and put your attention between your eyebrows. So I've been doing this for a few months. At first that area in my the lower part of my forehead would throb intensely. Now the throbbing has gradually died down and I'm seeing this bright white light.
Sometimes it looks like it's coming towards me. I don't feel any physical sensations in other parts of my body, but every night I focus on the area between my eyebrows for about 15 minutes and often later during the night I'll still see the white light again when I'm only trying to fall asleep. My question is what exactly do I do with this white light? Is this even supposed to happen? I want to take things to the next level. Any replies will be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum , my guess would be that you are doing some thing with your third eye/brow chakra . You might try some of the other techniques .Some are posted in the perment topic area of astral pulse .

Um...people meditate for decades without seeing or experiencing Light...
if I were you, I mean if it were me...I would enjoy the Light and
concentrate in the center...and enjoy!
And let it take me or watch it change into 'whatever'.
Then, I would google Divine Light or Inner Light, Third Eye,
pinial gland, things like that.
I think you will find out you are pretty darn special!

Hello. Thank you for your response. I quickly researched Third Eye and white light, and it looks like some people say to keep concentrating on the light and let it engulf you while others say to make become a tunnel that you travel into to. I do this in complete darkness, so this bright light is not coming from anywhere else. It's impossible not to take notice of it. Eventually if I can open my third eye now that'll be amazing.

I think the reason that the throbbing has died down is because you are already opening your third eye! Technically every chakra is open it's just a matter of balancing them and learning how to use them and I would say you are off to a great start! I've never projected but I wonder, when you see the light what do you do? Does it stay long? Maybe that would be a good time to attempt to move out of your body.
