ideas for morning exercise
this thread be to out grow morning whereabout by
correcting morning habit into something we can
start to make the day outgoing or terrific by doing
a habitual start of the day, i don't have to tell you
what it is, master, we got options for the week

I do a salutation every morning (well, almost) and may do some exercises while the kettle's hotting up - the sort of stuff you don't get otherwise like standing and rolling to and from toes to heels, maybe a few pushups at the kitchen counter; some stretches and twists, grind myself into action. Starts the day in a positive cast.
