How to remember past lives

Can anyone suggest a good way to remember to past lives that they have used?

You can use one of the many files for regression on youtube (one by Dr. Brian Weiss worked well for a friend of mine), buy a CD made for regression (didn't try any of these yet) or just use different meditation techniques.
I downloaded a file suggested in a youtube video which worked well for me for some time. The voice guiding you into trance is speaking in German. So if you understand German well enough, I can link you to that file.
Twenty years ago, I got very vivid memory by just meditation. Took some practice, of course. You also will need an "image" that works for you, like you visualize a corridor with many doors, the doors representing passages to your past lives.
If you already have a general idea about the era and country, you also can go "trigger-hunting". It may happen that a song or picture triggers a flash memory. Already happened to me.
You always can go to a regression therapist if there is one near you and you can afford it, of course.
I know of people who retrieved information via automatic writing, but I prefer actually remembering things instead of just "being told".
You could pray or use affirmations to connect to your higher self or spirit guides and ask to remember what you need in a dream.

Not everything works for everyone, and all the different methods have their advantages and disadvantages.
Meditation needs some practice, but the advantage is that you are independent.
You probably get faster results with guided meditations from a CD or from youtube, with or without binaural beats. Just be careful that the file does not use subliminal messages.

Methods are in books , from web sites and on you tube . you can buy guided self hypnosis tapes , cds , dvds and mp3 s off the net , and in new age stores . There scrying type methods , you stare in to a candle flame , mirror , boll ow water , or crystal ball . Scrying methods are posted on web sites and are in a few older books .
