I never know how to answer questions like these so I generally don't. But I thought on this...for the most part, no, I don't feel like i'm even remotely one with everything, least of all other humans. It's probably because there's so much about people that is grevious to me and I think I'd almost rather be a toad or a frog or a dragonfly than a person. Okay, that's just me in a fed up mood, but I don't feel like I even want to have this oneness with the rest of humanity. That said, there are times when I just weep for the world, in a sorrowful way.

when it comes to nature, natural surroundings, then I feel something, it's beautiful and amazing...and that's just my love and appreciation. Then there are yet other times I have thought I entered into a totally different realm and it's incredible. In those moments I have no doubt that I am one with my surroundings...spiritually or energy wise...it's incredible.

Interesting to me is that what I feel people are describing as oneness felt is for me a feeling of losing oneself like in music or nature or playing with a child.
I had an amazing experience some months back that I will never forget. What was interesting then was that I became all there is. I called it "only-ness" because that was the feeling. It wasn't I am all of this, it was I am all there is.
Now when I look at a child, I see myself.
Sounds wierd maybe but it was really quite beautiful and self-less.
Anyways, just thought I'd share......................Blessings, James

I was sharing something with a friend yesterday over dinner. I've had some difficult situations in my life, but anyway, ah, nevermind.

I guess you've heard that old joke. A guy goes to a hotdog vendor and says, "Make me one with everything."

But using the word "with" still means there's You with Something or Someone... or You with The Oneness... two... see what I mean?

In another spontaneous step you find there's only One... Isness... This.

It's really a wonderful feeling. I guess that's been said enough times!

Or, maybe it's healthy just to celebrate.

Yes. A meditative or psychedelic experience can magnify this experience of oneness with the entire universe, inner and outer.
