Need opinions on voice captured on video

Hi there,
I have been on a couple of forums with this video and haven't had a lot of luck with peoples opinions on how this voice could have got there. I was filming in Vegas down the strip and I noticed this voice at the beginning saying 'cheerleaders'.
I am not sure if it is a distorted recording of some add blaring out form a shop near us or something caught off a radio somewhere? But it is strange. I am pretty sure it is not someone behind me, I am sure I would have noticed it, but I do know I can't be %100 about that.
The voice overlaps within a second over the person saying strip. One person on the forum thought it was cutting off the word strip but I checked it on a video editing programme and it does overlap but very quickly. And no it hasn't been edited lol. It is the raw footage.
I would so appreciate some opinions on this video, thankyou so much!

Hi, did find it but I cannot get it to work, its just not happening for me ( spooks in the works ) I will keep trying though.

Well thats a pain, sorry your having trouble... sometimes I don't think this video is suppose to be analysed lol.. I haven't had alot of luck with it.

I have managed to view and listen, oh yes there is somethink or someone saying somethink. I could only pick up cheerleader, the rest was not audible to me. Very very interesting, mybe someone on here can guide you in the right direction to get it looked at. I am going to have a good luck at it without the sound which can distract me, sometime I see things that others dont, lol.

Thank you so much guys for listening to this.... I definately hear cheerleaders, then it sounds like a breath is being made through closed teeth. I put it through my video editing programme with different eq settings and there is a part in the middle that sounds like a musical add. I will try and put it on u tube. I'm not to worried about that part, I am sure it is an advert being picked up. I am just stumped with the cheerleaders voice..... most people hear 'cheerleaders'.
