the lobster tails sound awesome Linen!
today may be a scrounge around the fridge and clear out the leftovers night.
I have some nice baked chicken thighs left over, and a couple of onion burgers and whatnot.
I'm going to make my hot wings for lunch, since I'm working from home until 2 today. (early dismissal for the holiday weekend)

I went to Cuban restaurant last night , I ordered the Ox tail slow cooked in red wine, it was so BOMB  I am eating leftovers right now which is Pork marinated in garlic. I also had A little bit of the black beans, gotta watch the beans  |

I'm about ready to throw a rack of spareribs on for dinner. I slow cook them in the oven for 5 hours then slap them on a screaming hot grill to char them and make 'em smile.

I made egg roll in a bowl last night.
The weather people keep promising cooler weather and it just never pans out. So I give up waiting!
