Unhappy How do i overcome negative emotions and thoughts while doing pranic healing?

Hey guys...i just did basic pranic healing course day 1..now 1 day remaning but still doubts r there..i read advanced pranic healing course 5 months back without doing any course before...i found there was written “Donot think dirty or black prana while energizing or it may cause adverse effect” was written..that line has made me think much nd causing stress worry fear while doing today basic course too causing me little bit stress..i want to do basic pranic healing with ease while visualising white prana but unable to do so..i basically stuck in thinking dark white or dirty white prana making me more stress..so guys can u plz help me how can i overcome my fear nd stress..want to improve my severe myopia..so any sugestions how can i overcome thinking bad things nd do white prana with ease... do help me..thanks...😔😔😔

Why not look for something else that doesn't cause you so much stress?
