In the title you misspelled 'chakra', let alone 'hi'. This seems to be a very low level of literacy for a medical professional or a PHD (which what the word 'doctor' means - though I wouldn't have to explain that to a doctor).

Hello.
I'm working since week or so on heart chakra, not rushing with anything. Lot of stuff comes out. Is it safe to "activate" all of chakras simultaneously?
