Awakened by my Chakras
Has anyone else been awakened by their lower four chakras vibrating very rapidly? To the point where you can't move until it's finished. It's happened twice now in the past week.
The most recent time, last night, I had a dream that lead up to the experience.

I get these before bedtime rather than in the middle of the night, but it's interesting. It sounds like a form of sleep paralysis which occurs just prior to astral projection. Apparently, if you go with it (meditate), you may be able to project from this position. |

Yea, I don't know if they are related. The first time it happened, I thought I was just stuck on my way back to my body. But this second time was beyond anything I had ever felt before. The second time it was like a smooth and healing vibration. Not the usual rapid, sporadic, OOB vibrations.
Unless I am going OOB without the intention of doing so, for some reason... I should also emphasize this was directly in my lower four chakras. Not the usual entire body vibration from an OOB.

It sounds like they are working/making sure you are aware of them spinning/vibrating. Might need some clearing or balancing though. Look into meditating with the lower four, that may bring about a new lease of life for your journey, chakra work.
