First reiki symbol - keeping symbol in mind ?
just got the first symbol of reiki in class - cho ku rei (we have in reiki 2 - 3 classes of two hours once a week - each week a symbol)
Teacher asked me not to look in the internet about it so i figure things out by myself - so no "spoilers" about this symbols meaning or what i should experience with it - i just ask about :
My teacher said to keep the symbol with us during this week - to look at its drawing say its name
did i get this right ?
what does it mean should i all day think about this symbol 24/7 ?
i practice mindfulness (with labeling) so this thing seems to clash with the mindfulness i practice and it really bothers me
any thoughts ?
