what is astral projection like? what do you do? also whats it feel like when your going out of your body?

My first ap experience, it kinda felt like I had melted away from my body - I guess my astral self, without form, kind of slid off the bed and I found myself on a level with the carpet! lol
After a few goes, I got better at it. For me, I become aware of very intense, but plesant vibrations through my body, then my astral self just gets up and goes on her journey!

Some good books to read would be Robert Monroe's Journeys Out of the Body and Robert Bruce's Astral Dynamics. It's quite a complex subject so I recommend doing some reading before attempting an oobe or astral projection. |

Astral projection is like a lucid dream but much more intense. You explore the astral planes and learn what it's like to be in spirit form. It feels like you are flying out of your body.

whats it feel like when your going out of your body?
For me, it feels like my physical body is moving out of my body. I know it may sound strange but it feels exactly like that. It feels very real, just like my physical body. It is really amazing.
