I'm not a big believer if at all in signs. But keep seeing #4 - is this supposed to mean anything?

It can mean a variety of things. We all have numbers that are closely connected to who we are that occur in things like our birthdays, or important dates in our lives. It can also mean a range of things in classical numerology. When things like this happen it is an invitation from the universe to explore the message it is trying to impart. Only you can answer the question, because you are the answer.
