When signs don't mean anything
My wife died in 2016. In early 2017 I saw that one of my wife's favorite bands Dream Theater was about to play in Hamburg, she always wanted to see them live. The date of the concert was our wedding day. I didn't know the venue so I looked it up in google maps and I found something curious. About two years earlier we took our daughter to a concert in Hamburg and planned to take a stroll somewhere to kill time until we had to pick her up again. But on that day my wife wasn't feeling well so we just drove around and ended up at the driveway to some industrial plant where we spend the time until the concert our daughter went to ended.
While looking at the map I realized that the spot we spend that evening was the entrance to the venue Dream Theater was supposed to play on our wedding day. So I was convinced that this was no accident. My wife wanted me to go there, and I did.
Alas, nothing happened. I went there, sitting in the middle of a bunch of empty rows, listening to a concert, only to realize that their music wasn't really my cup of tea. I'm not sure what I expected. Maybe to meet someone interesting as my wife always insisted I should find someone new, once she would pass. Maybe she just wanted me to see the band, thinking I would like it.
Was it a freaky coincidence? A message misunderstood? I still don't get it. I may have missed something but I'd really like to know what.

Sometimes we may never know.... It's like those movies of messing with time. If you hadn't have gone maybe your life would completely different in a few years to how it would look now that you went.
