As a Hellenic Pagan, I did my usual Heliogenna celebration midday. Facing the Sun, I made an offering of incense and water, and sang the Orphic hymn to Helios. I've also chosen some sun-symbolising food today: lemon swiss roll for tea and a quiche for dinner.

That's interesting DavidMcCann. Is there a specific reason it is to be done at noon rather than sunrise?
