I came across this vid from Matthew Hussey last night and I want to share it in here, hoping it will help some people.
There's this girl whose love life is in shambles and asked his advice. She's there with him in the studio, and how she takes his message & advice is admirable.
It is about many women grieving over a relationship the never really had, but thought they had. This happens an awful lot, he says that, but I spot it myself a lot too, including on here, hence me wanting to share it here.
How Matthew explains it, a real eye-opener.
Stuff in there too on having standards and self-esteem and how we allow the other to lower our standards.
Also love what he says: by wasting years on someone who isn't right for us, the one who IS loses those years with us. And time is the one thing we can never replace.
Also how to ditch someone in a very beautiful yet extremely powerful way.
If only I had seen this a year ago... could've made all the difference in the world for my relationship.
It truly is worth watching.
